WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN YOUR CONSULTATION
On your initial visit, Joe will thoroughly go through your physical and medical history, please bring any relevant scans or doctors letters. He will then perform an objective assessment which is designed to identify the issues contributing to your pain. Based on his experience and clinical knowledge, the physio will then come up with an appropriate treatment plan which may include joint mobilisation and manipulation, massage, dry needling, and exercises among other modalities. Your initial session will go for approximately 40 minutes, and any follow ups required will run for approximately 20minutes.
